Avondale Strategic Partners draws on a full range of industry and functional expertise acquired over decades of experience serving as advisors to large and small companies throughout North America.  We bring those capabilities to form a partnership with business owners seeking to maximize the value of their business.  This partnership is developed through two primary means:

  • Strategic plan creation - the development of a robust plan to identify the potential areas of value creation and a means of capturing it, complete with clearly identified initiatives, detailed action plans, assignments of accountability for results and a means of monitoring and evaluating performance
  • Specific initiatives - identification of the highest priority initiatives first, balancing capital needs with human resources available to support the initiatives.

We believe that value creation is achieved through
(1) Alignment among management and investors around a common value improvement goal
(2) Development of a fact-based set of strategic priorities for value growth
(3) Rigorous evaluation of strategic alternatives around those priorities
(4) Disciplined execution of the highest-value strategic opportunities

We target industries where we have deep and relevant experience and have a well-grounded perspective on opportunities for value creation.  While our focus is on industries in which we have deep experience, including;  niche manufacturing, specialty parts suppliers, injection molders, printers, food and beverage manufacturers and co-packers, and consumer product distributors, we will evaluate opportunities in new segments where we feel our skill set adds value.

Our objective is to help business owners and management teams accomplish one primary goal:  to increase the company's value under our combined ownership more than they could if the business were sold to another bidder.
